Synopsis

This research serves to strengthen police training through the summation of significant experiences of the teachers and instructors of this police training school, in such a way that these teaching and learning processes are conceptualized and validated, filling these pedagogical and academic gaps, directing them towards a professional discipline, a field of specialized knowledge, a doctrinal unit, a code of police ethics and social recognition, which in turn receive specific training aimed at the acquisition and maintenance of abilities, skills, competencies, aptitudes and psychophysical conditions.

The purpose of this research was to recognize the knowledge of teachers, instructors and the academy community regarding the formative process of police training through the systematization of experiences in the national police training school for the strengthening of police education. The methodology was mixed with an exploratory design, it was applied to CENOP teachers and instructors, through the curricular analysis of the program's study plan and applied to focused training courses.
