Influência cultural na motivação sexual de assassinos em série

Resumo

Partindo da literatura que expõe que, a maioria dos assassinatos em série são cometidos por homens e com motivação sexual, a pesquisa pretende é uma abordagem preliminar que visa fazer uma abordagem sobre a influência cultural na motivação sexual dos assassinos em serie. Foram analisados ​​86 casos de assassinatos em série com perpetradores do sexo masculino de diferentes países, cometidos entre os anos de 1900 e 2020. As variáveis ​​avaliadas estão relacionadas ao agressor, vitimologia, Modus Operandi (MO), tipologia da motivação sexual e ações relacionadas. Nos países lenientes os atos majoritários são atos sexuais pre mortem (44,20%), interferência no corpo da vítima (36,0%) e mutilação (27,90%); Da mesma forma, ocorre em países restritivos, embora em percentagem inferior, sendo a mutilação (7%) a única variável estatisticamente significativa (X2 = 0,034). A motivação sádica direta é a mais presente, sendo 52,30% na indulgência e 18,60% na restritiva, com relação significativa (X2 = 0,026). Existe influencia parcial da cultura no MO e na motivação sexual de acordo com a maior ou menor presença de normas sociais e como elas influenciam a tomada de decisão do indivíduo.
