Segurança marítima e tráfico ilícito de drogas na Colômbia: uma revisão sistemática

O Tráfico Ilícito de Drogas (TID) representa uma ameaça à segurança marítima e desestabiliza os Estados. Na Colômbia, essa ameaça é iminente e afeta o país, posicionando-o como um dos principais produtores de drogas. No entanto, a pesquisa científica sobre segurança marítima e TID na Colômbia é limitada. Este artigo utilizou técnicas de revisão literária, combinando análises bibliométricas com análises sistemáticas. Utilizando a metodologia PRISMA, foram realizadas buscas nas bases de dados Scopus, Web of Science (WOS) e Scielo, bem como em fontes oficiais nacionais. O objetivo foi identificar os aspectos metodológicos e os elementos conceituais que compõem a agenda mundial de segurança marítima relacionada ao TID. Dos 936 documentos identificados, foram selecionados 45 que atendiam aos critérios estabelecidos. Os principais resultados sugerem que a segurança marítima abrange múltiplos domínios, dimensões, características e práticas para combater as ameaças marítimas, e é proposto um quadro conceitual. São discutidas as características metodológicas encontradas e é sugerida sua aplicação em futuras pesquisas na Colômbia.
