Avaliação do novo modelo assistencial aplicado a uma população da Polícia Nacional da Colômbia

Resumo

A pesquisa baseia-se na construção de um novo modelo de saúde sobre as estratégias da Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS), que foi aplicado em 2004, para uma população de 199 usuários crônicos do sistema da Polícia Nacional de saúde da Colômbia, que são pesquisa de avaliação prática e clínica, antes e após a intervenção. Resultados muito interessantes foram obtidos que proporcionam novos conhecimentos para o país e, especialmente, para o sistema das forças militares e da Polícia Nacional de saúde.
