The plagiarism, a common practice that violent a fundamental right: copyright

The article aims at providing an opportunity to reflect about the problem that plagiarism represents from a legal point of view and the implications of it in the educative field specially the cyber plagiarism that has become in a real "plague" for the facilities of access that the web offers. Therefore, plagiarism should be detected and controlled to avoid the violation of a fundamental right: the copyright. Based on an analysis of causes and consequences, some strategies emerge to avoid plagiarism in order to strengthen the legality culture and to promote the intellectual ethics.
