This article is a case report based on the study of the Superior Court of the Judicial District of Bogota Judgement – Criminal Board (Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá –Sala Penal) handed down on July 28th, 2009, in amending the classification of behavior of manslaughter by way of possible fraud in a traffic accident.
