State of the art of research: Development of scientific competences in Biology with the PBL methodology in ninth-grade students

The data analysis in this article, aims to show a measurement that reflect the misconduct of the lawyer on their disciplinary duty when exercising their profession under the scope of the Decree 196 of 1971 and The Law 1123 of 2007, and thus, evaluate the effectiveness of the new statute. This analysis urges the realization about the justice social values and trust, both desperately needed in the current path the Colombian society is set to follow. The results are unsatisfactory; even worse, they reflect the ongoing tendency of behaviour that undermines trust, the principal moral resource of society.
