Abstract

The Colombian state has made for decades armed conflict, which has been shown in a number of hostilities, human rights violations and improper conduct from every point of view by society, causing victims in different settings and circumstances where state institutions have seen the need to prioritize their functions specifically counteract the conflict; so as the National Police of Colombia performing a leading role, seeking ways to maintain, through the constitutional mandate coexistence and citizen security reaching scenarios and remote places, taking sometimes the responsibility to act against the same conflict which has required special preparation, but now that has been given a two negotiating process with the Revolutionary armed Forces of Colombia (FARC-EP) Forces achieving a ceasefire and hostilities, it would be extremely important to educate the permanent armed body of a civilian nature (National Police ) in maintenance, operation and peace-building which will allow the institution to be a world reference in the consolidation of these processes.
