Bioethics: referring methodologic for the creation of civic culture in Colombian in front to the work of the vigilance

Today's society has changed your behavior; the increase in social conflicts is a sign that they have lost many values and civic culture has deteriorated to the point of losing respect for authority. In this sense is necessary a mechanism to recover the culture of tolerance, respect and peaceful coexistence, these communities understand the importance of the work of the vigilance police for the social order. That is why the bioethics is conceived as a mechanism to recover the ethical and moral values of Colombians, which each person undertakes to work for the common good from the dialogue, tolerance and respect. It is a balance between the work of vigilance police and the role of each person as a member of society, that the responsibility of ensuring for peace of a nation depends not only on some actors but of all. Thanks to the opinion of different authors about how the bioethics can influence in the recovery of values that have been lost in the humanity. In addition, cases found about the physical and psychological abuse of which the vigilance police have been victims in their job, it was possible to determine the importance and necessity of rescuing the principles of civic culture, and the bioethics provides appropriate mechanisms to achieve it.
