Theoretical analysis tools in building business competitiveness

Due to the internationalization of markets from firms free trade agreements and the standardization process in Colombia companies increasingly seek to satisfy the needs of their customers, so the business management systems take a heavy weight business development phases. In Colombia management systems have a boom in the financial system, so much so that there is manual quality of financial supervision of Colombia, but at the microeconomic level firms have not developed or at least there is no evidence of development that topic. Therefore it is necessary to analyze models of business management at international level in order to identify which elements or strategies can be applied by stages of business development, based on the measurement of indicator variables compliance management department in context Colombian.
