The Economic intelligence and the Economic Counterintelligence must be considered as exclusive functions of the government, these come directly from the formal and empirical sciences and all of the components that are derived from them, making it a systemic congruence of scientific disciplines that attempt to interpret the realities of the actors, factors, phenomena and scenarios of economic content. Its competitive positions and relationships with development factors make this necessary to guarantee the survival of the government, fulfilling its essential purposes and the consistent implementation of the Objectives and National purposes. In addition to relate to other sciences, its teleological, phenomenological and ethical structures point to some dimensions circumscribing its object and scope.
